Burlap and Red
We're a little bit formal in this picture and note the toned down makeup... This attire makes an ideal   presentation when just kicking back with an IceHouse (Mr. York's beverage of choice)

Patriotic
All American in this shot
Red, White, and ... well, brown Oh well - But having his pants bloused
makes for a nice military touch!

Snappy Casual
Mr. York strikes a casual pose, - I especially like how he flaunts symmetry
in regards to his necklace. I ran into Mr. York one Thursday evening - making
a "Can Run"

Artsy
I got a little artsy in this profile, trying to catch Mr. York in one of his more contemplative moments

Summer Casual
Mr. York in his standard summer costume. What sets this picture off is the considerable effort Mr. York expended in his elegant coiffure.

Summer Casual Redux
Mr. York struck this flirty pose to show off a side view of his unique hairstyle
note the interplay  between his accessories and hair-jewelry

Devilishly Fun
With a tip of the hat to Dior
and a few of the other Avant Garde fashion houses Willie sports this
devil horns hat

Sultan
This costume has a regal flair - reminds me of a nobleman from the orient.

Don't let this accusing gesture put you off.  Willie was as gregarious as ever that day - in fact, the majority of our conversation centered around the environment.

Willie the Moon Worshiper
Yellow face paint and lunar emblem on his turban.  I had just presented Willie with the shoebox of goodies to celebrate his release from jail.
Be like Me - Drink whiskey
Willie tries his hand at advertising! - I don't know about you - But this picture sets my tastebuds afire with a desire for a nice smooth whiskey with an Ice House chaser!

A closeup of Mr. York's headpiece and yellow face paint.
There's the goodie box taht I'd just given to Willie... interesting story about that day - but not enough space here to tell it...
I took these snaps on St. Patrick's day...
Happy St. Patrick's day, Willie!
That ain't no cigarette Willie's toking...  You'd have thought.. as much work as I put into this website that Willie would have let me hit off that reefer...  Shame on you, Willie!

This is Friday 3/18.  Willie is downtown - and fairly well lit up.  We have a lot of out of towners in town for the IHSA game.. Willie was giving them quite a show that day.  Check out the Mardi Gras beads.. Also his had is made out of a hubcap!

Wendy snapped this picture on Good Friday, 2005. - Thanks Wendy (It's great to meet another  Willie fan!!!)

Willie having a picnic.  I asked him what are you eating Willie?

"...dog"

Willie is such an outdoorsman... Doesn't even need a plate!  He'd just lay the meat down on the sidewalk between bites.

Click image to see a full length shot... Willie's wearing parachute pants.  Willie uses water color paints as face paint - you can see them hanging from his neck.

Another shot of Willie in front of I-74 construction.
Willie wasn't really frowning - this was just a bad picture.

Willie taking a smoke break - using cigarettes to help him get off the booze - one week now! - Hang in there Willie! - We're pulling for you!
Willie needs new shoes
(size 10-10 1/2)
Also he needs a sleeping bag.

Check out Willie's jewelry!
